Master Class on Organization Development Professional (McODP)

The Master Class on Organization Development Professional (McODP) program is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, tools, and competencies required to drive sustainable organizational change and transformation. In today’s fast-evolving business environment, organizations face increasing complexity, rapid technological shifts, cultural diversity, and heightened competition. Traditional management approaches alone are no longer sufficient; organizations must embrace structured and human-centered methods to remain adaptable, resilient, and high-performing.

Organization Development (OD) is a field that integrates behavioral science, management practices, and strategic interventions to improve both organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. This program provides participants with a deep understanding of OD concepts, diagnostic tools, and intervention strategies across multiple levels — individual, team, and system-wide. Through a balance of theory, practical models, case studies, and reflective exercises, learners will gain the expertise to design, implement, and evaluate OD initiatives in diverse organizational settings.

The McODP program focuses on developing practitioners who can serve as facilitators of change, ethical advisors, and strategic partners to leadership. Participants will explore the full spectrum of OD interventions, including human process interventions, techno-structural redesign, HR-based systems, strategic change initiatives, diversity and inclusion practices, employee motivation and wellbeing strategies, and sustainability mechanisms for institutionalizing OD efforts.

By completing this program, participants will be able to lead OD initiatives that align with organizational strategy, foster innovation, build inclusive cultures, and ensure long-term organizational growth. The certification not only enhances professional credibility but also empowers learners to contribute meaningfully to organizational success in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
